This role partners with internal teams to create functional, premium packaging that aligns with brand standards, technical requirements, and complies with global regulations.RESPONSIBILITIESSource and develop innovative packaging solutions that enhance brand and product experienceCollaborate with design and creative teams to ensure packaging reflects brand identityWork closely with Legal and Product Integrity teams to ensure all packaging meets global regulatory standardsSuccessfully develop and approve packaging items within GTM calendarSupport seasonal readiness by developing and delivering accurate, compliant labeling solutions that align with product launch and cross-functional milestonesDrive cross-functional collaboration to identify cost-effective, and sustainable solutions aligned with industry trendsCreate and communicate packaging requests to the creative team with all necessary project detailsManage sampling development to final productionMaintain and manage trackers, cost sheets, and vendor WIPsREQUIREMENTS4-6 years of relevant work experience in packaging for footwear & accessories or product developmentProven expertise in packaging negotiation, vendor management, and knowledge of industry suppliersHighly organized, detail-oriented, with strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skillsAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environmentExcellent communication skills and a growth mindsetExperience with PLM is a plus.The base salary range for this position is $95,000-$105,000 per year which represents the current range for the base salary for this exempt position. Please note that actual salaries will vary based on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. As such, on occasion and when applicable, there is the possibility that the final, agreed-upon base salary may be outside of the upper end of the range. Please also note the range listed is just one component of the company's total rewards package for exempt employees. Other rewards may include performance bonuses, long term incentives, a PTO policy, and many other progressive benefits.
