Take-Out SpecialistsAs a Take-Out Specialist, you will be responsible for all aspects of the carry-out service including greeting guests at the pickup counter and curbside pick areas as well as taking, entering, and packaging To-Go orders. A focus on safe food handling and sanitation is required as are good communication skills and being a team player to assist in other duties as requested. Must showcase teamwork and communication skills. Must be able to handle money transactions responsibly. Must be able to multitask and act quickly. Must be flexible and ready to work in shifts. Accommodate any special needs of guests, i.e., condiments, etc. Process To-Go and Delivery Order payments as needed Upsell additional products when taking take-out orders. Take orders using software, order slips, or memorization. Package both hot and cold food and beverages quickly, efficiently, and safely. Deliver packaged food and beverages in a timely fashion to inside and outside take-out guests. Portion food products as required to sop. Clean and maintain the appearance of the restaurant.
