SERVICE TECHNICIAN Job Description Service Technician for an established Case IH and Kubota dealership. Experienced troubleshooter in electrical, hydraulic, mechanical, engines, and drivetrain systems. Can solve problems quickly and fix issues in a timely manner. Job Responsibilities Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair equipment Document repair notes referencing customer, equipment, serial number, and hours Instruct customers on operation and maintenance of equipment Navigate and search dealer portal for information Make sure correct parts get ordered to complete job Requirements High School Diploma or GED Automotive/Diesel Certifications a plus Computer Skills
