The role is within the automotive sector and involves working closely with stakeholders to design, build, and deliver scalable Salesforce solutions in a live enterprise environment.The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between business and technical teams, ensuring end-to-end delivery quality and alignment with business requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as Business Analyst to gather, refine, and document business requirementsDesign scalable Salesforce solutions as a Solution ArchitectDevelop and customize Salesforce applications based on requirementsPerform QA activities including test planning, execution, and defect managementCollaborate with business and technical stakeholders in an agile environmentTranslate business needs into technical specifications and implementation plansEnsure high-quality delivery across the full software development lifecycleSupport integration and enhancement of existing Salesforce solutionsRequired Skills & ExperienceMust-Have5+ years of experience in Salesforce projectsStrong hands-on experience across Salesforce configuration and developmentProven experience in Business Analysis and/or Solution ArchitectureExperience in QA processes within Salesforce or enterprise systemsStrong understanding of end-to-end delivery lifecycleFluent German (B2 minimum)Fluent English (B2 minimum)EU citizenship or eligibility to work in EUNice-to-HaveAutomotive industry experienceExperience in large-scale enterprise Salesforce implementationsExposure to Agile/Scrum environmentsIntegration experience with external systems
