The Product Designer will take design initiatives and collaborate with cross-functional teams to create user-centric designs and engaging visual experiences. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting user and UX research, applying design thinking processes, and developing product designs that meet user needs and business goals. The role also involves iterating on feedback and staying informed about design trends to continuously improve user experiences.QualificationsProficiency in Visual Design and Product Design principlesExpertise in Design Thinking and its application in problem-solvingStrong skills in conducting User Research and UX ResearchKnowledge of usability testing and prototyping toolsExcellent collaboration and communication skillsPhD’s degree in Robotics, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent work experienceFamiliarity with compliance aspects of products is a plus
