Some nights will be required.Desired Length of Employment: Fall/OngoingPay Rate: $10.00Job Description:This position will be responsible for taking attendance for PRD 2101, BUS 2101, or BUS 3101 sections, as well as grading all assignments. Additionally, event support after hours will be needed throughout the semester. Applicants must be able to run campus errands and lift approximately 20-50 pounds. Other duties as assigned, and please note there will be no downtime for study. Will support student services and the execution of various daily tasks to service both student and recruiter needs. Responsibilities will range from classroom support with attendance and grading, to execution of on-campus recruiting events, to student education and guidance on the Handshake system and other career related tools. Students must have completed their Freshman year and should have at least a 3.0 GPA. Completion of BUS 2101 and BUS 3101 is preferred. Proficient in Canvas and Handshake systems is preferred Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage time well and meet deadlines Strong ethics and ability to keep necessary information confidentialAssist students in a designated academic subject or discipline as neededFoster educational growth and development; identify educational needs and provide assistance as necessaryEnsure confidentiality of all pertinent informationProvide information and excellent customer service to constituentsMaintain a safe and supportive environmentAbility to comply with University policiesMaintain regular and punctual attendanceEmployer: Baylor UniversityWork Location: Foster Campus for Business Career Center
