4–8 years of hands-on experience in Java development.
Strong proficiency in Java 8/11+, Spring Boot, and microservice architecture.
Solid experience with React.js, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and UI frameworks.
Strong understanding of REST APIs, JSON, and WebSockets.
Experience with relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle) and ORM tools.
Familiarity with version control tools (Git), build tools (Maven/Gradle), and CI/CD practices.
Good understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology.
