Acts as Site Supervisor, directly overseeing three (3) or more personnel. Ensures effective coordination, scheduling, and daily execution of assigned work.ResponsibilitiesPlan, schedule, and monitor production of work to ensure timely and quality completionEnsure safe operation of all equipment and adherence to safety protocolsProvide emergency notification to appropriate supervisory personnel as requiredRepair or replace defective components to restore system functionalityPerform other duties as assigned.Minimum RequirementsPossess specialized knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the requirements successfully, including trade experience (e.g., HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, etc.)Hold licensure and certification as required by the position and contractExperience overseeing multi-trade teams and work order systems (e.g., CMMS/Maximo) in a government or base operations support contract environmentProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with work order systems such as Maximo preferredEffective written and verbal communication skillsMust hold and maintain a Tier 5 background check (Top Secret / SCI Clearance), as required for the positionMust be able to maintain ability to access government worksiteMust possess and maintain a valid state driver's license and a safe driving record, in accordance with company policy, to operate vehicles or equipment as required for the positionPhysical Demands / Work EnvironmentPhysical requirements include the ability to lift 50 pounds, push, pull, carry, stoop, bend, squat, and reach for long periods of timeWork may be performed indoors or outdoors in varying weather conditions.
