*Job Summary* We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Carpenter/Laborer to join our team. This role requires proficiency in using power tools and performing tasks related to siding, construction painting, mold remediation, and masonry. The Carpenter/Laborer will work collaboratively with other team members to ensure high-quality workmanship and timely project completion. *Duties* - Fabricate and install structures made of wood, plywood, and wallboard. - Perform remodeling tasks including framing, siding installation, and finishing work. - Utilize power tools safely and effectively for various construction tasks. - Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency. - Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and quality standards. *Experience* - Proven experience as a maintenance person or carpenter in residential or commercial settings. - Familiarity with various types of power tools and construction equipment. - Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and best practices in construction. - Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail. - Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members.
