Sterile Processing Technologist

Pride Health is hiring a Sterile Processing Tech to support our client's medical facility in Everett, WA 98201. This is a 3-month assignment (Possibility of extension or conversion) and a great way to start working with a top-tier healthcare organization!Job Details:Job Name: Sterile Processing TechLocation: Everett, WA 98201Job Type: Local ContractDuration: 3 months Contract (Possibilities of extension)Payrate: $20 - 23/hr. On W2 (Negotiable - Pay Rate is based on experience.)Schedule: Mon to Fri (4 days/ wk.) | Start times vary between 6:45 AM/ 8 AM (10 hrs. day) depending on clinic needs.Job Responsibilities:Perform high-level disinfection and reprocessing of endoscopy scopes in accordance with established protocols and manufacturer guidelines.Inspect, test, and assemble endoscopic equipment to ensure proper functionality and patient safety.Maintain strict adherence to infection control standards, including documentation and tracking of scope reprocessing cycles.Prepare and turn over procedure rooms efficiently between cases, ensuring all necessary instruments and supplies are available.Assist physicians and clinical staff during GI procedures as needed (e.g., setup, patient positioning, equipment handling).Monitor inventory levels of sterile supplies and reprocessing materials; restock as necessary.Identify and escalate equipment malfunctions or process deviations promptly.Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant work environment in accordance with regulatory standards.Qualifications:Minimum 1 year of experience as a Sterile Processing Tech.Proficiency in scope reprocessing required.Current Basic Life Support certification.Experience in a GI (Gastrointestinal) lab/ room procedural teching highly preferred.Pride-Health offers eligible employee's comprehensive healthcare coverage (medical, dental, and vision plans), supplemental coverage (accident insurance, critical illness insurance and hospital indemnity), 401(k)-retirement savings, life & disability insurance, an employee assistance program, legal support, auto, home insurance, pet insurance and employee discounts with preferred vendors.Equal Employment OpportunityPride-Health is an equal opportunity employer.
