System Engineer
We are seeking an experienced Nexthink Engineer to support a large-scale Digital Employee Experience (DEX) initiative within a global enterprise environment. This role focuses on enhancing end-user experience by leveraging Nexthink to monitor, analyze, and proactively remediate device and application performance issues.The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in Nexthink engineering, PowerShell scripting, and endpoint troubleshooting, along with the ability to translate telemetry data into actionable insights.Job Title:Nexthink Engineer (System Engineer)

Duration:12-Month Contract with potential for extensionKey Responsibilities
Drive adoption and best practices ofNexthinkacross IT teams
Manage platform configuration, governance, and feature onboarding
Design and implement Nexthink use cases to improve observability, compliance, and automation
Analyze DEX scores and endpoint telemetry to identify performance issues and improvement opportunities
Develop and deploy Remote Actions, campaigns, and automated workflows using Nexthink Flow
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to operationalize insights and remediation strategies
Build dashboards and reports for leadership and operational visibility
Proactively detect issues, trigger remediations, and support resolution efforts
Continuously enhance digital employee experience and reduce user frictionRequired Skills & Experience
Nexthink Expertise
Strong experience with Remote Action development and automation
Hands-on experience with Nexthink Flow and NQL queries
Solid understanding of Nexthink data model and DEX scoring
Scripting & Automation
Advanced PowerShell scripting for diagnostics and automation
Experience working with REST APIs and system integrations
Troubleshooting & Observability
Strong experience in endpoint performance troubleshooting (Windows environment)
Ability to analyze telemetry data and identify root causes
Analytics & Reporting
Experience building dashboards and translating data into actionable insightsPreferred Qualifications
Familiarity with Azure and modern workplace technologies
Experience with Intune and Microsoft 365 environments
Strong communication and cross-team collaboration skills
