Patent Litigation Associate

We are seeking talented Patent Litigation Associates to join a dynamic, nationally ranked practice. About the Opportunity Our client is a leading international firm known for its strength in patent litigation and its deep knowledge across technology, life sciences, and innovative industries. This role provides the opportunity to work on high-profile, complex matters alongside top practitioners in the field. Responsibilities Support all phases of patent litigation, including discovery, motion practice, Markman hearings, depositions, and trial preparation. Conduct detailed technical analysis related to products, patents, and expert matters. Draft pleadings, briefs, and related litigation documents. Collaborate with cross-functional legal teams across multiple offices. Engage professionally with clients and maintain strong communication throughout engagements. Qualifications Juris Doctor (JD) or LLM from an ABA-accredited law school. Admission to practice in at least one U.S. jurisdiction. Minimum of 2 years of patent litigation experience (District Court and/or ITC). Technical background in electrical engineering, computer science , or related technology field; or biology, immunology, biochemistry , or related life sciences field. Strong writing, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment.
