Through flagship events, memberships, research, and public platforms, including The Gala by We Are All Human, the Hispanic Leadership Summit (HLS), WAAH convenes a network of progressive leaders and equips them with the data, frameworks, and tools they need to drive collective action.Role DescriptionWe are hiring a Sales Manager to lead day-to-day revenue execution for the organization. This role owns the full sales cycle across memberships, from outreach and pipeline management through close, while ensuring sold partnerships are properly handed off, fulfilled, and that all revenue records are kept audit-ready. The Sales Manager reports directly to the CEO and is a core member of the Revenue team. The role is expected to conduct proactive outreach to prospective partners, follow up consistently on proposals, and support negotiations and contracting. Qualifications6–8 years of experience in sales, partnerships, or account managementDemonstrated pipeline management experience with a track record of closing dealsStrong customer-facing and presentation skills with the ability to establish credibility with executivesProven self-starter — results-oriented, adaptable, and process-drivenExperience with CRM tools; HubSpot preferredStrong written and verbal communication skills in English; Spanish proficiency a plusBachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related fieldExperience in a nonprofit, foundation, or social impact organization is a plusHybrid (primarily remote); full availability required. Must be located in commutable distance to New York City Metropolitan Area, United States
