Job Title: Python DeveloperLocation: Jersey City, USKey Responsibilities:Implement, enhance and maintain Python-based batch processing applications.Leverage Pandas and NumPy for efficient data manipulation, transformation, and analysis.Implement database interactions in applications using SQL Alchemy.Contribute to solution design and implementation with a focus on high availability, scalability, maintainability, and reusability.Assist across the software development lifecycle, including design, system integration testing and deployments.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.Required Technical Experience and Skills:Proficient in Python with 3-4 years’ minimum experience in software development.Experience writing scalable and reusable code, testing and debugging applicationsStrong experience working with Pandas, NumPy and ORM’s like SQL Alchemy.Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming and design patternsExperience with version control and CI/CD pipelinesStrong experience in SQL and working with RDBMSExperience with Unix/Linux serversSelf-starter that can work independently and can take full ownership of tasksGood team player with ability to work well with othersStrong communication skillsDesired Experience/Skills:Understanding of Fixed Income domainExperience working with ETL toolsFamiliarity with Github Copilot, Claude Code
