Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced dining environment. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for providing exceptional customer service and have a keen interest in the culinary arts. As a Server, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our guests have an unforgettable dining experience through attentive service, menu knowledge, and a friendly demeanor. Responsibilities Greet and seat guests in a warm and welcoming manner. Present menus, take orders, and provide detailed information about menu items. Upsell food and beverage items to enhance the guest experience. Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to tables. Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience and address any concerns promptly. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including bussing tables. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate order preparation and presentation. Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS. Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe dining environment. Skills Strong customer service skills with the ability to create positive guest relations. Experience with food handling and knowledge of food safety practices. Familiarity with restaurant operations, including serving, bussing, and hosting duties. Proficiency in using POS systems (Aloha POS, Micros POS) for order entry and cash handling. Excellent time management skills to efficiently manage multiple tables and tasks simultaneously. Basic math skills for processing payments and handling cash transactions. Culinary experience or knowledge of food preparation is a plus. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while maintaining individual accountability. Previous fine dining or nightclub experience is desirable but not mandatory.
