Apply via Dice today!Job Title: Network Engineer – DDI & Load Balancing (F5 / Infoblox)Location: Phoenix, AZ / Dallas, TX / Columbus, OH ( All thre locations are open)Role OverviewWe are looking for a mid-level Network Engineer with strong hands-on experience in DDI (DNS, DHCP, IPAM) and load balancing technologies.This role is focused on support, administration, and engineering of enterprise application delivery and DNS infrastructure.Key Responsibilities🔸 DDI & DNS SupportManage and support DNS, DHCP, and IPAM servicesWork with **Infoblox for DDI operations and administrationTroubleshoot DNS resolution, IP conflicts, and DHCP issuesMaintain DNS zones (authoritative & recursive)🔸 Load Balancing SupportSupport and maintain F5 BIG-IP (LTM / GTM)Perform basic configurations and troubleshootingAssist with:Virtual servers & poolsHealth monitorsSSL certificate updatesSupport application onboarding activities🔸 Incident & Problem SupportTroubleshoot network, DNS, and load balancing issuesSupport L2/L3 level escalationsPerform root cause analysis for recurring issues🔸 Cloud & Hybrid SupportAssist with AWS/Azure load balancing services (ALB, NLB, App Gateway, etc.)Support hybrid (on-prem + cloud) environments🔸 Change & Implementation SupportExecute changes, upgrades, and patchesFollow deployment plans and rollback proceduresEnsure minimal disruption during changes🔸 Documentation & OperationsMaintain runbooks and SOPsUpdate configuration and network documentationSupport knowledge transfer to operations teams
