The successful candidate will be responsible for core platform and fund finance, including the full audit process, establishing and maintaining valuation policies, and overseeing timely and accurate financial reporting. This role demands a leader who can drive standardization and harmonization of financial systems, processes, and reporting across multiple entities, and who is adept at operating in diverse geographies, currencies, and regulatory environments. Experience in leading systems design and change management initiatives, particularly in the context of ERP implementations and financial controls, is preferred. In addition to the core finance responsibilities, the Managing Director of Finance will play a key role in supporting capital-raising activities, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial data used in marketing materials. The role also involves managing relationships with external service providers and overseeing the firm's operational financial activities, including benefit plans, payroll, and budgeting. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 15 years' experience in a similar capacity, with a strong background in private equity, and must possess excellent communication skills with a commercial, business-oriented mindset.
