Senior Brand Manager

*This is not an internal role with ForceBrands*Our client is looking to hire two Senior Brand Managers for a role based in Austin, TX, with an expectation of being onsite three days per week. They are seeking candidates with experience in or a strong passion for sports nutrition, beverage, or adjacent active nutrition categories, along with a genuine interest in the space demonstrated through either professional experience or personal lifestyle.Responsibilities: Own and execute brand strategy across assigned sports nutrition brands, ensuring alignment with broader business objectivesLead end-to-end brand initiatives, including innovation, product launches, and integrated marketing campaignsDrive new product development and support a robust innovation pipeline within active nutritionPartner cross-functionally with Sales, Insights, Creative, Marketing Operations, and Integrated Marketing to bring initiatives to marketInfluence and align stakeholders across teams without direct authority, ensuring seamless executionAnalyze sales performance, syndicated data (Nielsen/Circana), and market trends to inform decision-makingTranslate data and insights into actionable strategies that drive growth and brand performanceManage budgets effectively, optimizing spend in a scrappy, resource-conscious environmentLead projects from concept through execution, ensuring strong organization, communication, and deliveryHelp elevate and evolve brand positioning, storytelling, and consumer engagementBalance multiple high-priority initiatives in a fast-paced, high-growth environmentCandidate Profile: 7+ years of CPG brand marketing experience, ideally within sports nutrition, beverage, or health & wellnessExperience working in scrappy, entrepreneurial environments; able to do more with lessStrong track record of owning and executing campaigns or initiatives end-to-endProven ability to work cross-functionally and influence teams without direct management responsibilityExperience partnering closely with Sales and understanding commercial impactComfortable working with data, analytics, and syndicated tools (e.g., Nielsen, Circana or similar)Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneouslyPassion or affinity for the active nutrition/wellness space preferredCollaborative mindset with strong communication and stakeholder management skillsBlend of creative thinking and data-driven decision-makingHighly organized, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment
