Role Description We are seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to join our team at our Ferndale, MI location. In this on-site role, the Physical Therapist will evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide hands-on care to enhance mobility, improve function, and manage pain. Key responsibilities include leading rehabilitation sessions, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, educating patients on self care strategies, and documenting patient progress. The role requires a passion for improving patient outcomes and delivering exceptional care. Qualifications Proficiency in Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation techniques, with a strong understanding of best practices.Strong expertise in Medicine and comprehensive knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and kinesiology.Experience in delivering high-quality Patient Care, including hands-on therapy and personalized treatment plans.Familiarity with Self Care strategies and educating patients on exercises to support recovery outside of clinic visits.Licensed Physical Therapist (DPT or equivalent) with valid state credentials in Michigan.Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively within a team and build rapport with patients.Commitment to continuing education and professional development.Prior experience in sports rehabilitation or wellness programs is a plus.
