Senior Business Systems Analyst (AVP-Level) Location: Phoenix, AZ (Hybrid – 4 days onsite, Fridays remote) Contract to Hire Pay: $75-$82/HRAbout the OrganizationThis organization is a leading owner and operator of retail real estate, specializing in developing, leasing, and managing high-quality shopping destinations that connect communities with premium brands and experiences.OverviewWe're looking for a senior, project-driving Business Systems Analyst who operates at an AVP level—someone who doesn't just gather requirements, but leads enterprise initiatives end-to-end. This role is ideal for someone who has a strong track record of owning and delivering ERP-related projects, particularly within Accounting/Finance environments, and can confidently present solutions to senior stakeholders, influence decisions, and drive execution across the business. While the primary system is Yardi, prior Yardi experience is not required. What matters most is deep ERP accounting expertise, leadership capability, and the ability to build and improve processes at scale.What You'll DoLead enterprise-wide ERP and process initiatives from concept through deliveryAct as the bridge between Finance, Accounting, and IT, driving alignment and executionOwn solution design—not just requirements—providing direction to technical teams and vendorsPresent recommendations and roadmaps to senior leadership and stakeholdersDrive process improvement, automation, and data integrity across ERP systemsLead change management and adoption efforts across business unitsBuild and refine scalable, audit-compliant processes in a SOX-sensitive environmentInfluence the ERP/application roadmap, with a focus on long-term business impactWhat You Bring8–10+ years in a senior BSA / systems role with clear experience leading projects to completionProven ability to own and drive large, cross-functional initiativesNice To Have:Strong ERP Accounting / Finance systems experience (preferred), ORBackground in commercial real estate systems / operationsExperience working in complex, enterprise ERP environmentsAbility to present, influence, and challenge senior stakeholdersStrong experience with process design, optimization, and change managementComfortable operating in a SOX-controlled, audit-sensitive environmentCompensation upon Conversion:Base Salary: $150K – $165KBonus: ~20%Benefits: Comprehensive packagePlease present your resume in Word or PDF format to be considered.
