Then we think it's time to #joinMovementWhat You Need To KnowAs a Senior Policy Analyst, you will have responsibility for supporting Movement's credit policy and operational quality governance. This position will support developing and writing the company's credit policy, supporting loan-level credit policy interpretations for operational and sales staff, administering and executing upon the company's FHA Direct Endorsement (DE) policy for establishing new DE underwriters, and supporting targeted loan-level quality reviews for compliance with company quality standards and metrics.Develop, write and edit the company's loan program guidelines and other risk management policiesSupport loan-level credit policy interpretations through file review and discussions with operations or sales staff based on knowledge/review of company/agency guidelinesSupport loan-level file targeted credit and compliance reviews for operational staff identified through the company's quality governance policiesMust report in office.What We Are Looking ForBachelor's degree from a four-year institution or equivalent industry experienceAt least 10 years loan processing, underwriting, closing, credit, risk, compliance, and/or audit related experience.Underwriting or Quality Control experience and FHA DE preferredProficient in knowledge of Conventional, FHA, VA, USDA and other mortgage loan underwriting guidelines and operational processesEven BetterProficient in Microsoft Office software.Strong attention to detail, highly organized with the ability to interact with operations and quality control managersSound like a good fit?
