Registered Nurse (RN) | Telemetry Location: Weirton, WV Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,398 per week Shift Information: Nights - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 6/8/2026 About the Position Job Title: Registered Nurse - Float Pool Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Telemetry Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 12-Hour Nights Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: Minimum of 5 years License: Required Certifications: BLS, ACLS Must-Have: Must have 5 years of nursing experience. Preferably has 1 year of ICU experience or 1 year of Emergency Department experience. Must be comfortable floating to varying acuity levels. Must be flexible and adaptable with strong problem-solving skills. Description: The position requires the ability to float to multiple units with different acuity levels. Responsibilities may include managing critical drips for patients in specific units. Nurse-to-patient ratios may vary based on the assigned unit. Common diagnoses include NSTEMI, pneumonia, sepsis, diabetes, heart disease, diverticulitis, and more. Nurses will also be responsible for troubleshooting respiratory equipment as necessary. Nurses are expected to read telemetrics and interpret rhythms, printing strips as needed. Self-scheduling is available, with the expectation to help fill gaps in staffing when required. The scheduling is typically done 4 weeks in advance, and weekend shifts are required every other weekend. There is no call or standby requirement for this position. Shifts and unit assignments will be communicated via text message before the start of each shift. Dress code includes wearing navy blue scrubs.
