Please email your resume TODAY!!Job Responsibilities Answering incoming customer calls in a courteous & professional manner; resolving customer inquiries, requests, billing questions, and scheduling service; as well as welcoming prospective new customers interested in learning about our services. There is also a high volume of outbound calls to ensure customer satisfaction, confirm service appointments, and collect overdue payments.
