Electrical Superintendent

Job Description We are currently seeking an Electrical Superintendent! You will strive to provide safe electrical systems for a variety of customers. Responsibilities:* Field Leadership & Crew Management * Supervise and support multiple crews across active job sites * Plan daily and weekly manpower needs based on project schedules * Mentor and develop journeymen and apprentices * Conduct daily jobsite walkthroughs to ensure quality and progress * Resolve field issues quickly and effectively * Project Coordination * Review drawings, specifications, and submittals to ensure accurate installation * Coordinate with general contractors, subcontractors, and inspectors * Schedule and oversee inspections, testing, and commissioning * Track project milestones and communicate progress to the Project Manager * Ensure materials, tools, and equipment are available when needed * Quality & Safety * Enforce company safety policies and OSHA standards * Conduct toolbox talks and safety audits * Ensure all installations meet NEC, local codes, and project specifications * Identify and correct deficiencies proactively * Documentation & Reporting * Maintain daily reports, manpower logs, and progress updates * Document change conditions and communicate them promptly * Assist with as‐built drawings and closeout documentation * Track material usage and minimize wasteQualifications:* 10+ years of electrical field experience, including leadership roles * Strong understanding of NEC, local codes, and commercial/industrial installations * Proven ability to manage multiple crews and complex job sites * Ability to read and interpret blueprints, one-lines, and specifications * Excellent communication, organization, and problem‐solving skills * Valid driver's license; OSHA 30 preferred
