Radiology - Interventional Physician

The Permanente Medical Group, Inc. This includes a group of over 60 interventional radiologists working in collaboration across the region. As the exclusive physician group for Kaiser Foundation Hospitals in this region, TPMG offers physicians long-term career stability, exceptional practice support, and protection from corporatization or hospital contract turnover. We are seeking an Interventional Radiologist to join our collegial and well-established group in the Napa Solano service area, primarily serving Vallejo and Vacaville Medical Centers. You will join a group of 20 diagnostic and 4 interventional radiologists in a partnership-track position with a strong clinical IR presence and excellent multidisciplinary collaboration across surgical and medical specialties. Position Duties & ResponsibilitiesBroad practice of adult interventional radiology, including:Interventional oncology with hepatobiliary tumor board : Y-90, microwave and cryoablationsEmbolization procedures including prostate arteryPeripheral arterial and venous interventionsSpine interventionsDialysis access including peritoneal dialysisVaried inpatient and outpatient IR servicesParticipation in equally shared weekday/ weekend interventional radiology call, average Q5Participation in general diagnostic radiology rotations. Approximately 70-90% IR, 10-30% general radiology (remote)Close collaboration with surgery, oncology, hospital medicine, and other specialties within a highly coordinated, multispecialty environment.
