This is a full-time, on-site position.Responsibilities Prepare estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, etc.Draft and record real property deeds and related transfer documentsPrepare and file basic business entity formation documents, including LLCs and Limited PartnershipsAssist with trust funding, asset retitling, and beneficiary designation coordinationServe as a point of contact for clients by gathering information, providing status updates, and helping ensure a smooth client experiencePrepare client correspondence, request and compile information and documentation, assemble final signature packagesMaintain, organize, and manage physical and electronic client files in accordance with firm proceduresCommunicate professionally and effectively with clients, financial institutions, and professional advisorsDraft and recordQualificationsPrior experience as a paralegal or legal assistant, preferably in estate planning, probate, or transactional lawStrong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally and compassionately with clients and professional advisorsExceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple matters simultaneouslyAbility to work independently, meet deadlines, and maintain strict confidentiality in handling sensitive client informationProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat, and ClioAssociate or Bachelor's degree in Legal Studies, Paralegal Studies, or related field preferredExperience in estate planning/probate law is an advantageFamiliarity with estate planning, probate, trust administration, deed preparation, and/or business entity formation is highly desirable
