Senior Project Manager Infrastructure & Office Relocation
Software Guidance & Assistance, Inc. (SGA) is searching for an Infrastructure Project Manager (Service Delivery / Infrastructure) for a contract assignment with one of our premier financial services clients in New York, NY (Lower Manhattan / Midtown).Hybrid: 3–4 days/week onsite (4 days preferred)Position OverviewWe are seeking a seasoned, high-caliber Project Manager to support a major US expansion initiative, including a Midtown office and trading floor build-out and the exit of the firm's current Lower Manhattan location.This role is focused on driving alignment, execution discipline, and communication across multiple senior stakeholders and workstreams. While the program involves infrastructure and facilities-related initiatives, the primary need is for a pedigree PM who excels in core project management fundamentals, governance, and delivery execution.The ideal candidate brings a strong command of objectives, deliverables, milestones, RAID management, and executive reporting, and can effectively coordinate across experienced technical and business leaders to ensure successful outcomes.Responsibilities:Drive execution and coordination across a large, multi-workstream program supporting office build-out and relocation initiativesEstablish and manage clear program structure, including objectives, deliverables, milestones, and timelinesMaintain and actively manage RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies)Ensure alignment across stakeholders, including infrastructure, facilities, and business teamsHold teams accountable for deliverables, timelines, and commitmentsProvide clear, concise executive-level reporting and presentationsProactively identify risks and dependencies, ensuring visibility and mitigation planningOperate effectively in an environment with evolving schedules and competing prioritiesCoordinate across multiple senior stakeholders to maintain program cohesion and forward momentumSupport financial tracking, budgeting, and reporting where applicableAssist with audit, compliance, and governance-related activities tied to the programBottom line, we need a PM to run timelines, manage dependencies, identify risks, enforce accountability, and keep all moving parts organized across real estate, facilities, HVAC, cabling, and IT buildout work. Required Skills:10+ years of experience as a Project or Program Manager in large enterprise environmentsProven track record as a pedigree PM with strong fundamentals and execution disciplineDeep experience with:Project/Program planning and milestone managementRAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies)Executive reporting and stakeholder communicationStrong ability to drive alignment across multiple senior stakeholders and teamsExperience holding teams accountable and ensuring on-time delivery of commitmentsAbility to operate in complex, fast-moving, and ambiguous environmentsExcellent communication, presentation, and organizational skillsExperience within financial services or other regulated industriesStrong understanding of project governance, risk management, and delivery frameworksProficiency with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) Preferred Skills:Exposure to infrastructure, office relocation, or facilities-related programs - BIG PlusFamiliarity with ITIL, COBIT, or governance frameworksExperience working across technical and business teamsPMP or equivalent certificationSGA is a technology and resource solutions provider driven to stand out.
