Job Description Description:At Boomerang Marine & Sports, our goal is to be the premier destination for outdoor fun!We're looking for a Service Advisor to be the link between our customers and our service technicians—ensuring repairs are properly documented, scheduled efficiently, and completed to the highest standard. In this role, you'll interact with customers regarding their repairs to thier boats, ATVs, UTVs, snowmobiles, and other powersports equipment, helping them get back to enjoying the outdoors as quickly as possible.We're looking for a Service Advisor who...Prioritizes customer satisfaction and builds long-term customer relationshipsCan document repair needs clearly and communicate effectively with techniciansIs comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing prioritiesHas strong organization and multitasking skillsCommunicates professionally with customers and coworkersIs comfortable using technology and dealership management systemsWorks well independently and as part of a teamHas a positive attitude and strong problem-solving skillsRequirements:Previous Service Advisor or Service Writer experience preferred (marine, powersports, automotive, or dealership environment)Strong customer service and communication skillsAbility to multitask and stay organized in a busy service departmentComfortable using computers and dealership software (Lightspeed experience a plus)Ability to pass a background checkSchedule: Four day work week available!Boomerang Marine & Sports, with stores in Melrose and Alexandria, MN, is a family-owned and operated marine and powersports dealership that employs approximately 25 employees.
