Appellate Litigation Attorney – Hybrid | Full-TimeLocation: New York City (Hybrid/Remote Flexibility)Salary: Starting at $130,000 - $180,000 (commensurate with experience) A well-established and respected New York City law firm is seeking a talented attorney to join our growing Appellate Practice Group. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about legal writing, appellate advocacy, and contributing to high-level litigation strategy. Key Responsibilities:• Draft and argue appellate briefs and dispositive motions across a range of practice areas, including labor law, premises liability, motor vehicle, trucking, and general liability.• Support the firm’s litigation teams by providing legal analysis and strategic input on complex matters.• Collaborate closely with experienced appellate practitioners and litigators. Preferred Qualifications:• Judicial clerkship experience and/or a strong legal writing background.• Prior experience in the areas of labor law, premises liability, motor vehicle accidents, trucking, or general liability.• Admission to the New York Bar (New Jersey admission is a plus). What We Offer:• Competitive salary starting at $130,000+ (flexible based on experience).• Flexible hybrid or fully remote work arrangements.• Comprehensive benefits package including health insurance.• In-house CLE opportunities and ongoing professional development.• Quarterly bonus potential and clear paths for advancement.
