Staff Accountant

Location: Bellingham, MA (Hybrid/Onsite)Type: FullTimeSalary Range: $60,000 - $70,000 About the RoleWe’re looking for a skilled Staff Accountant to support accounting functions across a diverse, multifaceted organization that includes both technical service groups and fieldbased operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment with varied workflows and crossdepartment collaboration. Responsibilities·      Prepare and post journal entries; maintain general ledger accuracy. ·      Assist in month‑end and year‑end close processes, including reconciliations and financial reporting. ·      Reconcile balance sheet accounts and research variances. ·      Accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll processing. ·      Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow analysis. ·      Maintain compliance with GAAP and internal accounting policies. ·      Prepare and post journal entries; maintain general ledger accuracy.·      Support monthend/yearend close and account reconciliations·      Billing, invoice processing and vendor management·      Prepare financial reports and audit documentation·      Analyze financial data and identify variances·      Help improve and support efforts to streamline accounting processes and workflows to increase efficiency Qualifications·      Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance·      2–4 years of accounting experience·      Strong understanding of GAAP·      Proficiency with Excel and accounting systems (QuickBooks, NetSuite, etc.)·      Familiarity with automated accounting tools or AI-based workflow enhancements·      Comfortable working across multiple business units·      Detailoriented and able to manage shifting priorities·      Good communication and analytical skills Benefits·      Competitive compensation based on experience and technical expertise ·      Medical, dental, and vision coverage ·      Paid time off and company holidays ·      Retirement savings plan ·      Opportunities for professional growth and certification developmentEqual Employment OpportunityIntegra Network Services, LLC, is an equal opportunity employer.
