You'll serve as the main point of contact for our clients — guiding them through onboarding, managing bookkeeping workflows, coordinating tax strategy implementation, and ensuring every client feels supported, informed, and valued.Your mission: deliver exceptional client outcomes while driving efficiency and clarity across our processes.Key ResponsibilitiesClient Onboarding & Relationship ManagementLead new clients through enrollment and onboardingManage document collection, system setup, and portal accessProvide QuickBooks Online setup, training, and troubleshootingMaintain clear, timely communication to ensure a smooth client experienceBookkeeping Oversight & DeliverablesServe as the primary point of contact for assigned clientsReview financials, P&Ls, and balance sheets for accuracyProvide direction to bookkeepers on categorization, reconciliations, and complianceIdentify errors or discrepancies and oversee correctionsEnsure monthly reports and tax deliverables are accurate and on timePayroll, Bill Pay & Sales TaxAssist clients with payroll processing and vendor paymentsCoordinate preparation and filing of sales and use tax returnsMonitor compliance with state and local filing requirementsNew Business SetupSupport clients with entity formation and initial filingsGuide clients through registration requirements and documentationTax Strategy ImplementationHelp execute tax strategies alongside our tax strategistsTrack progress, gather documentation, and ensure timely follow-throughReference and update each client's strategy folder as neededInternal Collaboration & ReportingWork closely with tax, bookkeeping, and operations teamsParticipate in weekly team meetingsTrack time, maintain KPIs, and update client dashboardsProactively communicate wins, issues, and client needsSkills & Qualifications3+ years of QuickBooks Online experienceSolid understanding of accounting principles & financial reportingPrior experience in Real Estate Accounting is a strong plusTech-savvy: proficient in QuickBooks, Google Workspace, CRMs, and AsanaExcellent communication, organization, and time-management skillsHigh attention to detail with the ability to work independentlyExperience mentoring or training junior team members preferredWhat Success Looks LikeClients consistently feel supported, confident, and informedBookkeeping deliverables are timely, accurate, and polishedInternal communication is clear, proactive, and solution-orientedYou take ownership — anticipating client needs before they ask
