St. Peters Health Partners is seeking additional per diem Hospitalists to join the Ellis Hospital Medicine team in Schenectady, NY. RESPONSIBILITILES: Provide comprehensive medical care to hospitalized patients, including admission, daily rounds, and discharge planning. Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans. Respond to medical emergencies and provide timely interventions to stabilize patients. Ensure accurate and timely documentation of patient encounters in the electronic medical record.
