Faculty Development Program Coordinator

About the Opportunity: The Faculty Development Program Coordinator supports programs that serve faculty across 34 tribal colleges by managing day-to-day operations and serving as a primary contact for faculty. This role helps faculty thrive as educators, scholars, and leaders by coordinating program logistics, maintaining communication, and ensuring effective implementation of faculty development initiatives.3. Responsibilities:Coordinate logistics for an annual two-day academic conference, including registration, travel, venue setup, and vendor paymentsManage administrative tasks for faculty fellowship programs, including contracts and disbursementsOversee registration and logistics for faculty professional development courses and workshopsDevelop and maintain accurate tracking systems for program dataCollect evaluation data to assess program impactMaintain updated contact lists for faculty and stakeholdersAssist with reports, budgets, and monitoring grant deliverablesMaintain organized file management and update faculty-related web pagesProcess payments related to programs and eventsContribute content and disseminate the faculty newsletterCollaborate with public education teams to promote faculty development programsServe as administrative coordinator for faculty meetings and advisory councilsEngage with faculty to understand their needsWork with vendors to ensure quality service deliveryServe as onsite coordinator for the annual conference and travel occasionally to support faculty engagementDesign flyers, conference programs, and publicationsBuild positive relationships with stakeholders, funders, and partner organizations4. Requirements:Associate degreeMinimum two years of professional experienceAt least one year managing systems for budgets, conference logistics, grant programs, or similarAt least one year of event or meeting planning experienceProfessional communication skills, both written and verbalStrong program and time management skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:The pay range and compensation package for this role will be determined based on the candidate’s experience, skills, and other relevant factors.6.
