AI Architect - W2 Position

Title : AI ArchitectLocation : Provo, UtahJob SummaryWe are seeking an experienced AI Architect to design, develop, and implement enterprise-scale Artificial Intelligence solutions. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in AI/ML, Generative AI, cloud platforms, data engineering, and solution architecture. This role will collaborate with business stakeholders, data scientists, engineering teams, and leadership to drive AI strategy and deliver innovative AI-powered solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesDefine and implement enterprise AI strategy, architecture standards, and best practices.Design scalable AI/ML and Generative AI solutions aligned with business objectives.Lead the architecture and deployment of AI applications using Large Language Models (LLMs), NLP, Computer Vision, and Predictive Analytics.Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify AI use cases and transformation opportunities.Architect end-to-end AI platforms including data ingestion, model training, deployment, monitoring, and governance.Design and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) frameworks and AI agent solutions.Establish AI governance, security, compliance, and responsible AI practices.Evaluate emerging AI technologies, frameworks, and tools to recommend strategic adoption.Provide technical leadership and mentorship to AI Engineers, Data Scientists, and Development teams.Ensure AI solutions meet performance, scalability, reliability, and security requirements.Develop AI integration strategies with enterprise applications, APIs, and cloud services.Drive MLOps practices for model deployment, monitoring, versioning, and lifecycle management.Participate in architecture reviews, technical design sessions, and executive presentations.Preferred QualificationsExperience with enterprise AI transformation initiatives.Knowledge of Responsible AI and AI Ethics frameworks.AI/ML certifications from AWS, Azure, or GCP.Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.Experience leading global cross-functional teams.
