Marketing Intern

Colder's Furniture, Appliances, and Mattresses is looking to hire a Marketing Intern, who is passionate about social media! Colder's is a family-owned furniture store out of West Allis, Wisconsin. Interns must be able to commute to the store and work 40 hours a week during the Summer and at least 10 hours a week during the Fall semester. This is a paid position that will give students tangible experience for future careers. This position is made for current college students or recent graduates. This internship can start during the Summer as a full-time position and continue into the Fall semester as a part-time position.Job Description (could include the following, will vary based on skills & interests)*Create, edit, schedule engaging & creative content for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, LinkedIn, TikTok, and X) - strong focus of internshipCollaborate with marketing team to brainstorm unique ideas for marketing projectsAnalyze the effectiveness of marketing campaignsWrite short and long form copy for social media, email campaigns, website content, etc.Create logos, graphics, and marketing materials for campaigns using Canva, Illustrator, and/or PhotoshopAssist in the creation of email marketing campaigns in KlaviyoEdit promotional videos for advertisements as well as video content for social media platformsUsing HTML/CSS knowledge, build/update elements on our website and troubleshoot ongoing issuesWe're Looking For Someone Who...Loves social media, stays on top of current trends!Is self-motivated and is a go-getter!Has a strong desire to learn, discover, and implement new ideasShows initiative with execution of projectsHas a strong interest in social media and keeps up with trendsAbility to multitask and prioritize while maintaining accuracyLooking to stand out when applying for our Marketing Intern position?
