Job Title: Facilities Coordinator Location: Seattle, WA 98121 Pay: $35.00 - $38.41 Work Model: Fully Onsite (No relocation support) Duration: 06/01/2026 – 11/27/2026 (6-month contract with possibility for extension)The OpportunityAs a Facilities Coordinator, you will be the primary point of contact for the Seattle office's daily operations. You will ensure the facility runs smoothly by managing vendor activities, organizing internal processes, and maintaining rigorous tracking systems. This role is ideal for a highly organized, motivated professional who excels at vendor liaison and process optimization.Key ResponsibilitiesOperations & Maintenance: Assist with managing overall facility operations and maintenance activities to ensure a safe and efficient workplace.Vendor Coordination: Act as the primary liaison for onsite vendors; coordinate facility services and supervise vendor activity.Tracking & Logging: Create, manage, and maintain a comprehensive tracking log of all vendor activity and facility services.System Building: Build and maintain facility and operations tracking systems to streamline reporting and oversight.Process Improvement: Organize and streamline internal folders and facility-related processes to improve site efficiency.Flexibility: Maintain a safe work environment and remain willing to work outside of standard hours as needed to address facility emergencies or scheduled maintenance.Qualifications & RequirementsExperience & Skills:Years of Experience: 5–10 years of professional experience in facilities operations.Organizational Skills: Extremely organized with a high attention to detail and a proven ability to keep a facility running smoothly.Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills to address immediate maintenance issues or operational bottlenecks.Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, specifically for managing vendor relationships and internal stakeholder updates.Technical Knowledge: Deep knowledge of industry best practices in facility management and maintenance.Education & Certifications:Degree: No degree required.Preferred: Certification in Facility Management (e.g., FMP, CFM) is a plus.Submission Notes for SuppliersLocal Candidates Only: This is a strictly onsite role in Seattle; no relocation assistance is provided.Resume Requirement: Please clearly list the candidate's current location on the resume or in the supplier notes.Availability: Candidates must be available for the full duration of the 6-month contract and open to potential extensions.
