Plant Manager

𝗨𝗦 𝗣𝗟𝗔𝗡𝗧 𝗠𝗔𝗡𝗔𝗚𝗘𝗥𝗦 📢I’m partnering with one of the World’s Largest Tier 1 Automotive Suppliers on a search for a Plant Manager.What you’ll be doing:• Leading all day to day plant operations• Managing managers, supervisors, and operational teams• Driving performance across safety, quality, delivery, cost, and people• Improving productivity, efficiency, and profitability• Executing action plans to achieve the business plan• Reviewing budgets, financial data, and operational performance• Working with corporate teams to ensure the site has the right resources• Supporting new product and process development• Driving Lean, Kaizen, and 5S activity across the siteWhat we’re looking for:• Plant Manager or senior operations leadership experience• Automotive manufacturing experience• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality, safety, material flow, and daily operations• Experience leading managers, supervisors, and production teams• Strong planning, problem solving, and analytical ability• Track record improving performance across a manufacturing site• Lean, Kaizen, and 5S experience• Degree in business management, manufacturing, engineering, or similar preferredThis is a Plant Manager role for someone who can lead operations, improve performance, and take accountability for a complex automotive manufacturing site.
