You will play a critical role in ensuring day-to-day business priorities are executed seamlessly while supporting broader operational initiatives.What You'll DoBusiness & Administrative Support (Primary Focus)Manage day-to-day administrative needs, including calls, follow-ups, and email correspondenceOrganize and maintain inboxes to ensure clear communication and prioritizationPrepare, update, and manage spreadsheets and trackers (Excel/Google Sheets proficiency required)Assist with financial organization, banking coordination, and expense trackingManage calendar and coordinate internal and external meetingsSet up and oversee Zoom meetings, agendas, and follow-up materialsPrepare documents, reports, and materials for meetings and ongoing projectsSupport operational workflows, process tracking, and cross-functional coordinationMaintain organized digital systems and continuously improve efficiency across tasksOperations & Project SupportTrack key initiatives and ensure deadlines and priorities are metConduct research to support business decisions, vendors, and partnershipsCoordinate logistics across business priorities and special projectsSecondary Support (As Needed)Coordinate select personal or household scheduling to ensure overall efficiencyAssist with vendor coordination and service appointmentsSupport occasional logistical needs related to the executive's day-to-day operationsWho You AreHighly organized with exceptional attention to detailProactive and able to anticipate needsStrong communicator with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesComfortable working with spreadsheets, email, and scheduling toolsDiscreet, trustworthy, and professionalResourceful, solution-oriented, and execution-focusedPositive attitude with a strong willingness to take ownershipPreferred QualificationsBachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferredStrong proficiency in Excel or Google SheetsPrevious experience in an administrative, operations, or support role preferredInterest in business operations, startups, or high-growth environmentsBased in the Madison/Milwaukee AreaWhy This RoleThis is an opportunity to work closely with leadership in a high-growth environment, gaining direct exposure to business operations, financial coordination, and strategic execution.
