Hotel Night Auditor

The Location Courtyard by Marriott 11550 NE Airport Way Portland, OR 97220 Courtyard by Marriott is looking for a full-time Hotel Night Auditor to join their amazing team! The position pays $17.00 The Position Prepare a summary of cash, check, and credit card activities. Posts room charges and room taxes to guest accounts including guest transactions not post during the day by front desk/guest services. Duties: Post room charges and taxes to guest accounts Transfer charges and deposits to master accounts Verify all transactions performed at the front desk are supported by documentary evidence and signatures as necessary Verify that all charges are assigned to the appropriate department Tracks room revenue, occupancy percentages, and other front office statistics Prepares a summary of cash, check, and credit card activities Prepare end of day procedure Maintain a neat, clean and well-groomed appearance Answer telephone calls from guests seeking to make or cancel hotel reservations Greet arriving guests; assign rooms and issue keys Collect and process guest payment and billing information Answer guest requests for assistance Provide locale information Provide guests with access to hotel services Perform training as assigned Work with Housekeeping to ensure all rooms are clean and ready Keep Maintenance informed of all maintenance issue request Other duties as assigned Experience Prior customer service and hospitality experience preferred.
