We are currently looking for a full-time Nurse Practitioner to join our Hilltop Center in Hilltop, WV, with a commitment of 32-40 hours per week.The annual salary for this role ranges from $101,750 to $117,000.Our organization is a national medical group focused on enhancing health outcomes for residents in skilled nursing and senior living facilities. We embody this mission through our core principles in daily operations.ResponsibilitiesThe Advanced Practice Provider will report directly to the Director of Clinical Practice and/or the Area Clinical Practice Manager. This role involves collaborating on-site with the Center Leadership Team to meet specific center goals and priorities. Additionally, the Advanced Practice Provider will work alongside the Medical Director and/or Attending Physician to deliver patient-specific medical care.Key responsibilities include:Providing primary and urgent care services to residents of the nursing center in partnership with other medical providers.Working closely with Center Leadership to fulfill our mission of enhancing lives through high-quality healthcare and compassionate service.QualificationsThe ideal candidate must have graduated from an accredited School of Nursing and hold a valid registered nurse license. They should also be certified as a Nurse Practitioner, having completed an accredited Nurse Practitioner Program with a Master's Degree in Nursing, focusing on Older Adult and/or Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP).
