Strong Development and operational background in Sailpoint is required.The candidate will be excellent with trouble shooting skills , production supportMust have excellent presentation skills as they will Work with end user supportThey will be in charge of Monitoring key controlsRunning certification campaignsCertification validationValidate AccessSQL validations , defect verificationFeed monitoringCandidate will be assigned Jira stories or intendents which they will be work withOther key skill that they have is - Java, SQL, Java Bean shell, UnixPerform User access certification activations and validationsProvide support on Cert creation and Modifications on a daily basis.Support the rollout and onboarding of new applicationsPartner with Product teams and customers , design and develop robust solutions needed to support customer needs.Perform RCA , root cause analysis , on Provisioning failures in the environment and Fix defects.Provide necessary short term and long term solutions to address failures.Provide end-user support by partnering with Operations and Delivery teams.Establish and implement a robust application monitoring process to make sure we have 24x7 alerting in place.Establish Monitoring and Alerting for Key Controls , work with Audit teams to support Control walkthrough and evidenceIdentify opportunities for automation, evaluate new tools, and drive implementation of technology that creates value for the organization.Provide Bulk requests support to Users and application teamsPerform ad hoc data requests and build operational reports
