DESCRIPTIONGeneral Function: Administer the installation and supports of all types of hardware attached to WCCH WAN (Wide Area Network). Performs a variety of tasks related to the operations and problem handling of the computer hardware and software. Handles end user and network support. Job requires generalized supervision.POSITION SPECIFICATIONSEducational Requirements: 2 years of college or technical school with training in computer operations, personal computes, networking and basic programming. Experience Requirements: A minimum of 2 years experience in information systems.JOB RELATED HAZARDSMost job functions will take place in an air-conditioned office with little exposure to hazardous or infectious materials. Customer contact may cause some exposure to infection. Employee may be required to perform duties in storage areas. Possible long hours of sitting at a computer terminal is routine. Some lifting, stooping, and pushing will be necessary.
