The role involves working with homeowners on warranty matters, ensuring a positive homebuying experience through timely resolution of service requests, and conducting inspections prior to home delivery.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct homeowner meetings to assess warranty requestsCoordinate service appointments between homeowners and trade partnersManage service requests including entry, updates, and closingPerform quality inspections before home deliveryMaintain customer satisfaction metricsPerform additional duties as assignedQualificationsRequired:High school diploma or equivalent3-5 years of residential construction experiencePreferred:Experience in a service department1-3 years of customer service experienceExcellent benefits are offered, including medical/dental, 401(k), stock purchase discounts, and more.
