Communications Project Manager (Hybrid)

This is a fantastic opportunity to leverage your project management expertise in a dynamic, remote-friendly environment!Responsibilities:Work with cross functional teams to communicate important integration messages to customers, following a pre-defined communications strategy.Collaborate with internal contacts to send out approved communications, and ensure communications go out on time.Effectively manage the communications strategy and workplan, including reaching out to responsible parties as needed.Work with internal marketing automation team to send out communications.Evaluate communications strategy and workplan throughout process and bring recommendations to key stakeholders, if needed.Reviewing rebranded collateral for accuracy and brand consistency.Manage and prioritize Workfront requests, ensuring alignment with timelines and business priorities.Monitor performance of communications (e.g., engagement metrics) and suggest optimizations.Maintain organized documentation of communications plans, approvals, and asset tracking.Create and update trackers, timelines, and status reports for stakeholders.
