We welcome your application to receive consideration for the following position.IntroductionThe Sponsor serves as the principal conduit between CIA and former CIA officers (alumni) to facilitate continued contributions to mission, mitigate counterintelligence risks, honor service, and streamline communications. The Sponsor seeks to enhance and refine the Alumni Relations TS and Unclassified Ecosystem to further meet ongoing and developing requirements. This ecosystem, once fully operational, will meet mission requirements for alumni engagement, provide a secure bidirectional communication to enable the Sponsor to disseminate important guidance, reduce alumni security concerns, and enable the alumni to comply with reporting requirements.Required Skills and Demonstrated Experience:Demonstrated experience ensuring the logical and systematic conversion of customer or product requirements into total systems solutions that acknowledge technical, schedule, and cost constraintsDemonstrated experience preparing documentation such as program-level, user-level, and security documentationDemonstrated experience performing as an Agile Scrum MasterDemonstrated experience translating database requirements into end-to-end design for databases that may involve multiple interfaces to other database systemsDemonstrated experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS) and MS Azure cloud technologiesDemonstrated experience with Jenkins, Github, Docker, and orchestration tools such as Ansible, CloudFormation, or TerraformDemonstrated experience with Linux administration and scripting languages including Bash and PythonHighly Desired Skills and Demonstrated Experience:Demonstrated experience analyzing customer requirements and providing technical expertise on cloud cluster computing techniques and technologiesDemonstrated experience designing software tools and subsystems to support software reuse and domain analyses and manage their implementationDemonstrated experience working with systems analysts, engineers, programmers and others to obtain information on project limitations and capabilities, performance requirements and interfacesDemonstrated experience providing technical support during software installation or configuration__________________________________________________________________________________US Citizenship:This position requires US Citizenship.
