Dispatch Manager
As a Dispatch Manager, you will be responsible for efficient planning and execution of liquid product delivery as well as generation, coordination and execution of all deliveries and service work.

Your Responsibilities:
Ensures alignment of team and individual goals, focusing on change and continuous improvement initiatives to achieve business objectives
Provides clear direction and leadership for the business by establishing and regularly communicating performance expectations and results with multiple teams throughout the organization, and takes appropriate actions to address issues as they arise
The dispatch manager ensures all new commercial and residential account acquisitions processes are followed and tracked from account setup to activation
Utilizes and develops the forecast model to accurately plan work, plan hours required and execute on plan to minimize cost, maximize revenue, and ensure customer demand is met
Ensure Delivery and Service Managers meet all operational demands, identify gaps in resource allocation and remove potential shortfalls
Collaborates directly with District Manager to develop strategic plans for the operations team to increase profitability and efficiency
Celebrates successes and acknowledges disappointments in such a way that they motivate an even higher level of commitment and performance
Responsible for development and management of assigned territory, daily performance goals, resource allocations and financial targets
Analyzes data and provides detailed reporting of customer and market issues for assigned region and identifies potential threats and opportunities to the District Manager and colleagues
Ensure business reliability through managing all health, safety and environmental programs and issues in region
Provide leadership to Dispatch team to support the safety of the Dispatch Team, Drivers, Technicians and Customers
Utilizing Service Technicians, Drivers, and Trucks by coordinating day-to-day interactions with Coordinator – Distribution/Service on building loads and dispatcher efficiency and affectivity

Experience
Post secondary education is preferred experience
Written and oral communication skills
3-5 years of experience in or customer service
5 years industry related management experience
Oil/Gas experience is strongly preferred
