Vertical Lead, Retail

UDig is seeking a results driven Retail Vertical Lead to focus on strategic relationship building and business development within the retail sector. Strong candidates will have a comprehensive understanding of both retail and technology consulting services. Leveraging their knowledge and experience, this person will need to be a creative seller who understands the challenges retail leaders face and can use those challenges to shape narratives connected to UDig solutions. UDig is a technology consulting company led by impact. Establishing and growing relationships with prospects through networking and cold outreach. Presenting UDig capabilities and services to prospects and identifying opportunities for UDig to work with new agencies and stakeholders. Educating key prospects on relevant industry trends and insights and how they align with UDig service offerings and experience. Collaborating with technical delivery teams to develop winning proposals. Conducting regular client check-in meetings to maintain relationships and identify areas of opportunity to grow the account. Staying current on industry trends as well as UDig services and capabilities to lead market analysis of opportunities and competitive dynamicsTracking all activity in Salesforce and managing multiple concurrent sales cycles.Sound Interesting? Strong presentation and communication skills with the ability to present and communicate high-level technical concepts and solutions to audiences with varying technical knowledge. Proactive by nature and driven to succeed.Available for face-to-face client commitments as needed (hybrid environment) with a preference to reside in one of our major markets: Richmond, Nashville, Charlotte, or AtlantaAbility to take your work seriously and enjoy a good time with your UDig colleagues.
