Express Lube / Quick Lube Service Technician

The Original Nyle Maxwell in Taylor, TX has openings for Express Lube / Quick Lube Technician. We are looking driven individuals to join our Service Department. Our facility is clean and safe! Essential Duties and Responsibilities include:Adhere to express lube guidelinesPerform lube, oil and filter changes by draining and replacing oil and filter, and lubricating all joints, including idler arm steering knuckles, tie rods ends and ball jointsReport all necessary repairs to service consultantInstall completed oil change reminder sticker in vehicleCheck battery, tire air pressure, windshield fluid, transmission fluid and power steering fluid levels and refills as neededRotate and/or balances tires and repair as neededInspect and replace filters as neededEnsure that vehicle is clean and free of fluid residue or fingerprintsCheck fluid level prior to release of vehicle to ensure proper levelsAdhere to all current OSHA guidelinesMaintain Customer Satisfaction scores at or above company standardsOther duties may be assigned Job RequirementsPrior experience as an Express Lube Technician, Automotive Technician or education with an Automotive Technical school preferredA high level of personal motivation and demonstrated ability to learn and succeedAbility to read and comprehend instructions and informationGeneral knowledge of vehicle mechanical operations All applicants must be authorized to work in the US and have a valid driver license. All applicants must perform duties and responsibilities in a safe manner. All applicants must be able to demonstrate ability to pass pre-employment testing to include a background check, drug screen and Motor Vehicle Record check.
