Aftenro is licensed as a Board and Care facility, the only one left in the area, and is grandfathered in under that license. Obtaining vital signs and weights. Delivering meal trays to residents dining in their rooms. Transporting Residents to and from meals and activities. Making shiftly rounds on assigned residents. Answering call lights. Job requirements: 16 years or older Pass a MN DHS Background Study Every other weekend rotation is required for .3 or greater Current CNA certification preferred, if enrolled in a CNA class we can start training you now! Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English Sign on Bonus Program: .8-1.0 $3,000 .5-.7 $1,500 .2-.4 $700 Pay outs start at 30 days from working independently and are paid out in increments over a 12 month period.
