Informatics Architect

The VHA HEFP Special Engineering Program (SEP) manages nationally prioritized, high-impact capital initiatives, including the Electronic Health Record Modernization, Facility Recapitalization, and Targeted Infrastructure programs. SEP establishes national priorities to ensure consistent, enterprise-wide alignment and execution. Gritter Francona is looking for an Informatics Architect/Business Intelligence Developer to support this potential project.Key Responsibilities and key experience:Experienced in architect end-to-end data pipelines, dimensional data models, and cloud-based warehousing solutions utilizing VA-approved platforms such as Azure Data Factory, Azure Databricks, Python, SQL Server, and DagsterManage diverse BI environments and oversee reporting and knowledge management portfolios using Power BI, Power Apps, SharePoint, and JiraAbility to transform complex business requirements into scalable data infrastructure, developing CRUD-based applications with Power Apps, and managing CI/CD pipelines through Azure DevOpsExperienced in Agile development process to provide customer‑focused development approach that delivers value in small, incremental increments through continuous collaboration, rapid feedback, and adaptive planningWork collaboratively with senior leadership to determine metrics, measures, and data needs.
